Hotel basically fine. Early alarm call requested did not materialise and had to find someone to checkout early in the morning - to catch flight.
After checking in the room was filthy, the bed was filthy; we were offered another room but it was worse. The staff were very rude and said I was being fussy so I left and went to the Premier Travel Inn instead. Disgusting.
This was ideal for an early morning flight. We had an early wake up call. The room was lovely and clean and the bed comfortable. The staff couldn`t have been more friendly or helpful. We would definitely use again if we flew from Teesside and had an early flight.
