16 July, 2008Choice of bus to Terminal 3 and then Heathrow Express to Terminal 4 or taxi (£18). We took the taxi.
Ms Doherty
09 July, 2008the hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and pleasent, only wish that i had longer to stay in hotel and use the facilites. highly recommanded.
Mr Smytheman
02 July, 2008Poorly organized key collection process on return. Could do with a dedicated zone to avoid being part of checking in ques. Shuttle service on return leg took over 45 minutes to arrive. Signage in and around the carpark could be better. In some cases following the arrows is not a good move. All in all a frustrating way to end a trip.

30 June, 2008I was looking forward to having a restful night in a good hotel and an easy transfer to the airport terminal. However, the room was shaby and none too clean, room service had a very limited and expensive choice of food, the reception staff didn't seem to know much about the scheme and couln't give me information about how to get to T5. In the event, there was no direct link to T5 and I had to leave the hotel so early that I may as well not have bothered to stay in the airport hotel. It was a regretable experience I will not repeat.
Mr JONES
23 June, 2008great hotel. This is a much more civilised way of starting your holiday than just using airport parking and costs virtually the same.
Miss Ace
19 June, 2008had requested a non-smoking room - not available so had to have a smoking room - not very pleasant - other option was a pull out bed for one of us - again - not helpful before a 10 hour flight.
Dr Leeming
16 June, 2008I booked 2 rooms on the booking form and paid for 2 rooms. Upon arrival at the hotel only 1 room was booked and there was confusion until I showed my booking e-mail. Then only was the second room made available.
Mr Jackson
10 June, 2008First rate service with only one booking, shuttle bus to airport satisfactory and on return car parked at hotel entrance for return journey. It was stress free!
Mr SIZELAND
04 June, 2008took three quarters of an hour to get to the airport after a round trip of other hotels for pick ups, which we did not know about nearly culminating in a missed flight,
Mr Celtel
04 June, 2008Staying at the hotel and having on-site parknig made my holiday a lot less rushed and all together more pleasant.
Mr Bray
28 May, 2008Very enjoyable and relaxing way to start your holiday without the pressure of traffic jams and getting lost in the airport. Excellent!
Mr Young
19 May, 2008Arrival at the hotel was easy but check-in staff not helpful or friendly. Room was clean, quiet and as expected. Transfers on the hotel-hopper buses was simplicity with very helpful drivers. On return the hotel informed me where the car was parked but the car park was unlight (due to faulty lights) and finding the car took some time!
Mrs willwohl
07 May, 2008on checking in we were misinformed about breakfast and not given neccessary paper work for leaving our car. the following morning when we discovered this reception dealt very efficiently to resolve problems created by the person who checked us in
Mr Reardon
04 May, 2008The hotel was very easy to find with clear easy directions provided at time of booking. Our room was very clean & comfortable and the room service excellent. Booking the hotel with parking for 2 weeks worked out considerably cheaper than paying for just parking alone in one the long stay car parks! Terrific value for money and no hassle.I'd recommend it to anyone!
Mrs fieldhouse
29 April, 2008parking. it was stated plainly enough that vehicles may be parked-up off-site in non-secured areas. i have insurance so i was not paticularly worried about this. jolly good cheap deal. breakfast above all was better than i had hoped for. good luck
Ms Cook
18 April, 2008Check in service was quick and efficient. Room was clean ad comfortable and reasonaly quiet. The package for one night and 10 days parking was excellent value. I'd use this again
Mr Richards
12 April, 2008The hotel was very nice but they had not got any records of our stay, as the booking had been changed from the night previous, it took quite some time for them to arrange accommadation for us but in the end every thing was fine
Ms alobaidy
11 April, 2008In general it was a positive experience. But it took a while at reception to check in even though i have had previously made a reservation through the interent, not great after a long flight and lots of queing.
Miss Lillington
09 April, 2008The room was of good size, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, although no one who worked on reception seemed to know how the guest internet service worked. Would recomend getting a taxi rather than the shuttle bus as the hotel is the first of about 7 hotel pickups. Would stay there again.
Ms Daniels
08 April, 2008Holiday Inn should make it clear that there are 3 holiday inns in the area and 2 of them are on Sipson Way/Road - need to emphasise to (very tired after travelling) customers which one to get off hopper bus at - don't rely on bus driver checking your ticket. Local taxis make a mint out of this ferrying people to their correct hotels.
